This page details how we, Eraikey Labs Ltd, handle the personal data of users of the Eraikey website and other related websites and applications managed by Eraikey Labs Ltd (collectively referred to as " the Services"). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” in this Data Privacy Notice refer to Eraikey Labs.
We may amend this Privacy Statement in the future. To ensure you are able to remain informed, we will update the date at the top of this page. The Services may contain links to external sites which are not governed by this Privacy Statement. We do not take responsibility for the privacy practices of any third-party websites to which we link.
By accessing one of our Services, where required under applicable privacy laws, you are accepting and consenting to the collection of personal data as defined by this Privacy Statement.
Personal information that we collect includes:
- Identifiers, such as your name, username or similar identifier, title;
- Contact information, such as your postal address and electronic mail address;
- Correspondence, such as information you provide when you correspond with us;
- Financial information, such as tax identification numbers, bank account information;
- Transaction information, such as details about purchases and invoice details;
Where we collect your data
We collect information from you when you:
- request a quote via our Contact form;
- request a call via our Calendly link;
- correspond directly with us through electronic mail, social media or other means of communication;
How we use that information
We process your data to:
- manage our business relationship with you, including:
- to communicate with you and manage your requests in relation to our services, including proposals and invoices.
- to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including but not limited to under the Terms of Use;
- To allow you to provide feedback, when you agree to do so.
- comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, which includes anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measures.
We do not use automated decision making to make decisions that have legal impact on you or that otherwise significantly affect you. We ensure there is human supervision of every automated processing activity.
Who has access to your personal data
We may transfer your data to the following recipients:
- If we are required to do so by law or legal process;
- To law enforcement authorities or other government officials pursuant to lawful request;
- To protect our property, services, and legal rights;

How long do we keep your data?
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to perform the contractual obligations for which it was collected, and to comply with legal obligations. We will delete your personal data after the purposes described above cease to apply.
Children
The Services are not designed for or targeted towards children under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect data relating to children. The Services may only be used by individuals under the age of 18 with the consent of or under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
Your data protection rights

For privacy and security reasons, we may have to verify your identity before acting on certain data protection rights, in accordance with applicable law. If you are using an authorized agent to exercise your data protection rights on your behalf, that agent must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.

As defined in California Civil Code § 1798.140, we do not share or sell your personal data.
